FEES

Note: We are excited to share that we are lowering the price of attendance for this year's convention.

We believe this is a meeting you cannot afford to miss, which means it should be affordable for you, your teams, and your families to attend and benefit from all the meeting has to offer.

Attendance will now be $275 for all adults in attendance. There will be no charge for children under the age of 18.

If you already registered and paid your registration fee, you will be reimbursed for the difference for each enrolled attendee. 

  • A Badge, and Registration is Required to Attend Any Maaco Event
  • $25 of the Registration Fee will be Donated to the Maaco Heart Fund 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to dbevents@cmievent.com.

All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.

All convention passes cancelled after October 14, 2025, are non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply. 

 

 

TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION

You are responsible for booking your own flights and securing ground transfers to/from the resort.

FLIGHTS
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is located 5 miles south of downtown Las Vegas and is serviced by all major airlines.

Southwest Airlines is pleased to offer 2025 Maaco Convention attendees discounted fares. To utilize the discount, book via SWABIZ® using this link. Discount valid for travel 11/5/2025 to 11/18/2025.

TRANSFER TO/FROM AIRPOT TO RESORT
Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all readily available for the approximate 10-15 minute, 2.5 mile transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Foundation Golf Outing

Embrace your competitive spirit at the Maaco Charity Golf Outing. Hosted by the Foundation, proceeds from all charity activities during Convention will benefit the Maaco Heart Fund and Toys for Toys. The Revere Golf Club provides golfers unique challenges with panoramic views of the famous Las Vegas strip while winding through desert canyons with mountain views.

Cost to Enter: $250/player – includes greens fee, cart, 4 drink tickets grab and go breakfast, transportation, donation to Maaco Heart Foundation and Toys for Tots.
Club Rental: $85/player

About Las Vegas

Climate
The weather in November in Las Vegas is usually in the high 60s and low 70s during the day and 40s at night. Always sunny and bright and very little precipitation if at all.

Name Badges
Name badges will be distributed at onsite registration and required to wear to all Convention functions.

We have several opportunities for you to enhance the convention experience by participating & supporting our charitable events.

Kick off fundraising efforts & help us reach our first night goal of $2,000 to benefit Toys for Tots!
 
Friday November 14th | Maaco Gives Back & Charaoke

Come by the Foundation booth during the tradeshow to make donations and purchase limited-edition merchandise. Meet active military volunteers from the local Toys for Tots chapter and help us fill backpacks with school supplies and toys for children in the community. A convention tradition that’s both entertaining and charitable!
With a $ donation, attendees are invited to entertain the crowd during Friday evening’s vendor showcase and dinner!
 
Saturday November 15th | Raffle Drawings during Awards Gala
Purchase raffle tickets at the Foundation table throughout convention.
Raffle drawings will occur early in the evening during Saturday’s Awards Gala.  
   
A portion of fundraising efforts during convention will fund the Maaco Heart Fund (the “Fund). The Fund was established to assist franchise employees experiencing unexpected financial hardship due to circumstances beyond an employee’s control. The Fund is supported through charitable donations made by Franchise owner contributions, public donations and fundraising efforts during conventions, special campaigns or other fundraising events.
